Whether it's a new installation or renewal of the IT infrastructure in conjunction with renovation work or during ongoing operations, we are your reliable partner and are able to carry out the full range of work.

On-site inspection

Once we have gained an insight into your requirements, we meet with you on site to discuss the spatial conditions and possible implementation options. We record existing and required hardware and cabling (e.g. for POS systems, order and payment terminals, receipt printers, PA systems, video surveillance and access control / smart door locks). For example, we can carry out our work as part of upcoming renovation work or during ongoing operations.

Following our on-site visit, you will receive a rough implementation plan from us, which explains all the necessary manual work and includes a quote for the hardware, installation and maintenance. Depending on the scope of the project, a down payment may be required.

Installation

We install and set up your new appliances in accordance with our offer and the implementation plan.

Of course, we will also carry out all the manual work. In doing so, we adapt flexibly to the spatial conditions and your tenancy agreement. Both in new and desired surface-mounted installations (in cable ducts), concealed above suspended ceilings, on cable trays, in skirting boards or even flush-mounted (both behind drywall and milled and filled in various building materials). We can even conceal our WLAN access points and sound systems for you in suspended ceilings or flush-mounted.

Maintenance & Support

Both for systems installed and set up by us and for your existing network, we offer comprehensive maintenance contracts that can relieve you of all maintenance work.

Our maintenance services not only include installing updates and adapting the network configuration to your requirements, but also monitoring the critical devices in your network and providing proactive support in the event of faults.
