Wer die frei verfügbare Blogging-Software WordPress nutzt, wird irgendwann einmal an den Punkt gekommen sein an dem er sich selbst ausgesperrt hat. Egal ob es ein vergessenes Passwort ist oder auch der Benutzername/die E-Mail Adresse unbekannt ist: du bist nicht verloren.

In diesem Beitrag zeigen wir dir wie du deine Zugangsdaten ohne Zugriff auf das WordPress-Admin Interface zurücksetzen kannst. Das geht sehr simpel und relativ schnell.

Was ihr dazu benötigt? Am einfachsten wäre es mit installiertem PHPMyAdmin. Die meisten Hosting-Anbieter haben dies schon vorinstalliert.
